Awazé Founded in February 2015 by Azeb Mekonnen, is a small family owned business located in Cary, NC featuring an authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine. Awazé is a condiment mix of garlic, wine, and berbere which results in dark red, spicy paste then used in some dishes or as a side condiment. We serve lunch and dinner while offering a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian meals.  You have the option to make your food Mild, Medium or Spicy.
