African Restaurant Week Food & Music Festival is a premier food and music festival that is being held at 162 Convent avenue (by city college). The festival showcases the best local and regional food vendors, retail vendors and well as a diverse lineup of musical acts. We expect to attract people from the community and people across the tri-state area.
Event Date – Saturday & Sunday October 12 & 13 (12pm – 7pm on both days)

Event Schedule:
The event will feature a mix of live music performances, food and retail vendors, cooking demonstrations, and other interactive activities.
Our projected budget for the festival is about $40,000.
Marketing and Publicity:
We will be utilizing a variety of marketing and publicity tactics to promote the festival, including:
- Community Outreach: We would reach out to local community organizations and schools to promote the festival and offer discounted ticket packages.
- We would run ads in local newspapers, magazines, and on local radio and television stations.
- We would reach out to local and national media outlets to generate coverage for the festival in newspapers, magazines, and on television and radio.
