WHAT TYPE OF RESTAURANTS CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any restaurants with African-inspired cuisine – any cuisine made by people of African descent – typically African, African-American, Caribbean. Some Latin restaurants can also participate.
WHAT PROMOTIONAL OFFERINGS WOULD RESTAURANTS PROVIDE?
Promotional offerings are left to restaurants to determine. We suggest restaurants provide a prix fixe menu or a general discount of up to 20% during the “Week”.
